So it turns out it was bronchitis...I'm still getting over it, but I feel MUCH better.
We went to California the weekend of my birthday for Lauren and Taylor's wedding. It was a beautiful day in San Diego and Lauren looked amazing (Taylor looked good too). I actually got a bit of a sunburn, but that's not me complaining. It was a nice break from the chilly Utah weather. Friday night all the cousins came over for a little bday cake and games. Sharla made a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, special request. It was soooo good! I feel kind of bad talking about the presents I got, but I really like ALL of them!! Oh, and I was so excited to see one of my best friends, Jessica. We randomly ran into Jessica and her husband Keven at the temple. Here is a cute picture of them!
On Saturday we went to Corona Del Mar with Devon's whole family minus Cameron (who we miss a ton!). Devon did some climbing and we played beach volleyball. Mark was a crack up! Then we went over to Balboa/Newport and road beach cruisers. We were going to eat at Lucille's but Devin Dickson was too starving so we settled for BJs. Haha, just kidding. I love BJs--their BBQ chicken piezza is so good and never gets old. Anyway, it was a great birthday/wedding weekend to spend time with some friends and family! We are so happy for Lauren and Taylor. I'm glad they are living up here so we can go out with them!
