I realize I'm using the phrase "I know sign language" pretty loosely, but something's gotta get your attention! ;) Seriously, though, this girl is awesome! Today she signed "please" like 8 times in a row! I was so excited!!! It's tough when you feel like you're being so persistent and it seems like your child just isn't getting it... and then BAM! They prove just how smart they really are (or maybe stubborn???). I wonder how long ago she could have signed "please" if she really wanted to. Or maybe she just really really likes Oikos yogurt and I just had to find the right thing to bribe her. :) She has been signing "milk" for a few weeks now, but she uses it to mean "drink." We'll just say close enough for that one.
