Here is the outfit I (devon) picked out for whitney's surprise birthday dress-up dodgeball party! Come tomorrow night at 7pm to see if whit can rock it better than I can...FYI, its not a surprise party in the sense that we're going to yell "SURPRISE!" when she walks in. She is fully aware of the fact that I am throwing her a party at 7pm, but that is the only detail she knows. Tomorrow when she gets off work I will let her unwrap the outfit and then she'll have to suit up for the big party.
